The Brief:

Devonvale is a business that has grown significantly over the past few years manufacturing flapjacks, cakes and sweet snacks. Their existing packaging was deemed to look 'a bit flat' and 'boring' so they wanted to reinvigorate the Devonvale brand and highlight the national appeal of their hand baked products. They asked us to revamp their brand and design identity, and to ensure that their packaging designs were developed in accordance with operational constraints relating to product production and budget. 

What We Did:

The revamped identity continues to highlight the regional heritage of the brand whilst emphasising its national relevance and reach. The packaging design range has a warm, vibrant artisan theme complimented by strong typography and rich colours. With dozens of products in the Devonvale range, we created four clearly defined sub-brand categories, into which the products within the range can be allocated accordingly. The pack architecture has been developed to allow for multiple product pack variants to be launched with minimal set up costs.
